Customer service representative

Deale Plumbing LLC is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information.
• Conducting follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
