SCOPE Recruiting.com is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Person to join our team. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads and promote the company.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
