POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at HEST. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support for all inquiries and issues. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
