Responsibilities:

• Identifies and documents existing Design Technology/BIM processes, conducting audits to pinpoint bottlenecks and redundancies, analyzing data to identify slowdowns or errors, gathering feedback from project teams on challenges, and researching industry benchmarks to identify gaps.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital workflows and automation solutions. Engages stakeholders, proposes integrated workflows, collaborates with IT for custom solutions, leads workshops for input and buy-in, and tests and refines workflows for continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll be focusing on making our design processes smoother and more efficient through digital technology. Your main job will be to study how we currently use technology in our design work, find ways to make it better, and then put those improvements into action.
