Position Details:

• Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week (4 of these hours admin time).
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM with Wednesday evening until 7 PM.
• 15-25 patients/ day; 60 minutes for treatment; 45 minutes for child recalls.
• Some evenings are possible, until about 6:30 PM, to offer evening hours to patients.
