Camp Kaleidoscope’s Inclusion Coordinator supervises a team of one-on-one Advocate Counselors and provides direct service to campers with special needs and behavioral challenges to facilitate inclusion with their peers via supportive, effective camper and staff interactions. The Inclusion Coordinator is essential in ensuring that the camp is inclusive for all campers, staff, families, and guests. This role works with the Camp Leadership Team to ensure all camp programs (schedules, activities, and special events), policies, training, and operations/functions are developed and facilitated through an inclusive lens.
